In the event of a chemical attack it is important to detect the type of chemical agent e.g. sulfur mustard or nerve agent in order to begin the treatment to the affected personnel immediately. Raksha Three Color Detector Paper is used to detect, in the atmosphere, presence of sulfur mustard or nerve agent. It consists of a booklet of papers treated with reagents for water repellency and backed by a dye mixture uniformly distributed and by a resin. Color of the paper changes on contact with C W agent droplets.
